Houston, Texas, 05 June 2023 – Eni has received the “Excellence in knowledge management program” award for 2023 from APQC, the American Productivity & Quality Center, a leading authority in benchmarking, best practices, process, performance improvement and knowledge management. The award is given following an in-depth assessment performed using the proprietary APQC Knowledge Management Capability Assessment Tool (KM CAT), which measures the level of knowledge management maturity in four categories: strategy, people, processes and technology.
"APQC’s knowledge management 2023 survey identified three key topics: increasing knowledge management engagement, mapping and prioritizing critical knowledge and increasing the consolidation of knowledge management programs," explained Lynda Braksiek, APQC’s principal research lead, knowledge management, describing the specific features of this year’s survey. She added, "The recipients of Excellence in KM 2023 have demonstrated their leadership in tackling these and other key priorities, offering examples of best practices on how to set up and manage effective knowledge management programs.”
