In Ghana we are present in exploration, oil and gas production, refining and chemistry. With Okuafo Pa we support economic diversification in the agricultural sector in Ghana through the enhancement of entrepreneurship. The project offers training activities and facilitates students' access to the labour market and microcredit initiatives. The aim is to create a self-sustainable campus model, capable of stimulating new start-ups, aggregating existing activities and developing cooperative models throughout the supply chain of key agricultural products.
In Ghana, we ensure reliable supplies of natural gas and make a significant contribution to energy access and local economic development through Offshore Cape Three Points (OCTP), the project launched by Eni in 2018 to develop oil and natural gas fields, the latter entirely dedicated to the internal market in sub-Saharan Africa.

The self-sustainable campus built within the Okuafo Pa project is the pilot initiative of our Africa Project, with which we aim to support economic diversification in the agricultural sector through the transfer of skills and support for entrepreneurship, in particular through the creation of self-sustainable cooperatives. The objective of Okuafo Pa is to develop a model that can be replicated in other regions of Ghana and other sub-Saharan African countries, to generate revenue from the development of agricultural supply chains. We promote rural development by teaching the best techniques for agriculture and animal husbandry, with a focus on all stages of the production chain. The non-profit organisation Okuafo Pa also entrusted the centre to the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) in Sunyani, Bono Region, to run courses in agricultural training and agribusiness for the benefit of the region's youth.
