Eni International Resources Limited was established in March 2003 as a dedicated HR competence centre. We are based in London (UK), with an Italian Branch in Milan and Rome (Italy) since 2019.

EIRL in the UK: International Career Management

Our London team’s main activities include the recruitment and management of energy industry experts for expatriate assignments on Eni's projects and ventures all over the world. For our community of international assignees, this means being part of some of the energy industry’s most challenging projects.

We provide a wide range of HR services to our assignees, including immigration and visa support, travel, housing, health and medical services, payroll, tax assistance, training and development.

Our London recruitment team attracts and recruits industry experts to join us for international assignments with EIRL, or as local staff within our global subsidiaries outside of Italy. We use a targeted approach to identify relevant candidates before guiding them through our selection process.

EIRL Italian Branch: Employer Branding & Recruitment

The EIRL Italian Branch is committed to promoting and enhancing Eni’s reputation as a great place to work for both recent graduates and experienced professionals.

Our Employer Branding team manages events and awareness campaigns that inform students and candidates about Eni’s activities and objectives, our many career paths, and insights into life in our company. We also promote STEM subjects and careers among young people in education, to help inspire the next generation of technical experts in the world of energy.

Our recruitment teams in Milan and Rome identify and evaluate new graduates and experienced professionals for our range of master’s training programmes and diverse job opportunities in Italy.
