The Company’s annual calendar of corporate events is approved by the Board of Directors for each fiscal year, which in Italy coincides with the calendar year and it is published within 30 days from the end of the previous financial year pursuant to Borsa Italiana Market Rules. In accordance with Italian listing standards, Eni is required to publish its consolidated accounts for the first and third quarters no later than 45 days from the end of each period, and an interim consolidated report no later than 60 days from the end of the first half of the year. The annual consolidated financial statements must be published within 120 days from the end of the year and at least 21 days before the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders. In line with the best practice in the market, Eni also publishes limited reports on the results of the second and fourth quarters, at the same time as the interim and annual reports are released respectively.
