Eni: first meeting of the Advisory Board

The next meeting of the Advisory Board is planned to take place at the end of June.

San Donato Milanese (MI), 6 April 2018 – On Thursday 5th April the Advisory Board of Eni held the first meeting.


The Advisory Board, chaired by Fabrizio Pagani, was attended by four international experts, Ian Bremmer, President and founder of the think tank Eurasia Group, Christiana Figueres, Executive Secretary of UNFCCC 2010-2016, Philip Lambert, CEO of the English company Lambert Energy and Davide Tabarelli, President and founder of Nomisma Energia.


The advisors presented to Eni’s CEO and to the Board of Directors their studies on the geopolitical trends in Middle East and North Africa, on the strategic positioning of Eni in a low carbon scenario and on the Italian energy market and the new Energy Plan (SEN).


At the end of the meeting Mr Pagani commented: “It was a highly productive discussion covering many relevant topics thanks to the contribution of international experts. We are very satisfied that the Advisory Board is becoming an important partner of our Board in defining the scenario of evolution of an energy company such as Eni”.


The next meeting of the Advisory Board is planned to take place at the end of June.
