Eni : Lapo Pistelli will run the Stakeholder Relations for Business Development Support unit

San Donato Milanese ( Milan ) , 1 July 2015 – Lapo Pistelli will run the Stakeholder Relations for Business Development Support unit to support Eni’s business in its international activities. The unit will fall under the Chief Services & Stakeholder Relations Officer Department, which also oversees relations with stakeholders and NGOs and sustainability issues.

During his career Lapo Pistelli gained knowledge and sensitivity on areas key to Eni’s business and characterized by geopolitical complexities, such as Africa and the Middle East, and will bring significant added value.

The appointment of Pistelli at Eni follows the favourable opinion by the Antitrust Authority on the compatibility of his new position with the previous role in government and the acceptance by the Italian Chamber of Deputies of the resignation of the Deputy.
