The 2025 cultural season at the Rome Ostiense site celebrates the link between energy and art with installations, exhibitions, and collaborations.
The 2025 season of Arte al Gazometro, which opened on 28 March with the exhibition “Punti di vista” (Points of View), reinforces the connection between energy and culture by presenting a new series of art exhibitions, installations and audiovisual projects. With the return of this art event, the Gazometro in Rome’s Ostiense district reaffirms its role as an innovation and creativity hub.
The exhibition Punti di vista offers a journey through past and future, showcasing the works of nineteen figurative artists, among them Mimmo Paladino, Ernesto Morales, Atak, Severin Gambier, Erk14, Vera Flux, Lorenzo Capolupi and many others. Curated by Marco Capasso in collaboration with Fabio Ortolani’s Il Sole Gallery, the exhibition reinterprets the industrial landscape, presenting new artistic perspectives on the contemporary world, thus inaugurating the new cultural season. The exhibition will be open to the public on saturday 12 April, during public viewing day organised in collaboration with the Fondo Ambiente Italiano (FAI). Artist Mimmo Paladino is the creator of the official poster for this edition.
The first openings, in collaboration with the Italian National Trust (FAI), will take place on saturday 12 april.
The exhibition can also be visited during Videocittà from 3 to 6 July 2025.

In addition to the exhibition Punti di vista, the Rome Ostiense site will feature other art projects. Several other installations, created for Eni’s cultural partnerships, will also be showcased at the site. In the second half of the year, a project developed in collaboration with a major Roman museum will offer the public the opportunity to visit an exhibition dedicated to the appreciation of a high-value artwork selected from Eni’s art heritage. This will be presented alongside a parallel exhibition featuring young artists who reinterpret the artwork through their own artistic language. Finally, an audiovisual feature curated by Capasso and AGI will retrace the Gazometro’s transformation through historical images and future visions.
An exhibition brings into dialogue the new generation of artists with Eni’s art heritage.
Marco Capasso and AGI explore the history and future of the site through an immersive video installation.
Art and innovation meet in a dynamic space that hosts interactive installations and unique performances.
The Gasometer and the surrounding area host workshops, institutional events and initiatives which are open to the public.
