Ours is a tangible commitment that concerns everyone at Eni. Both in Italy and abroad we support primary care systems, prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Similarly, safety at work is an essential value shared with the stakeholders. We develop models and technologies for risk management and assessment in order to prevent accidents and protect people.
We regularly carry out a climate analysis for all employees, were health and stress-related issues are considered. In Italy, work-related stress assessment is by law an integral part of the risk assessment document and is therefore monitored.
