RETAIL AND RENEWABLES BUSINESS

Eni: sale of gas&power retail operations in Belgium completed

San Donato Milanese (Milan), 10 July 2017 – Following the approval by the regulatory authority, today Eni has completed the sale to Eneco of 100% of Eni Gas & Power NV / SA - and its subsidiary Eni Wind Belgium NV / SA - which comprises Eni’s gas & power retail operations in Belgium.

The sale and purchase agreement was signed in March this year following a competitive bidding process, the results of which confirmed the value and upside potential of the company which currently serves approximately 850,000 electricity and gas connection points, representing a market share of around 10%, and employs approximately 200 staff.
