In the Eni Corporate University function, I am involved in training, designing, and delivering courses on business support topics such as project management, business economics, digital, sales, and marketing. Helping people develop their skills allows me to contribute to the creation of value for Eni colleagues and for the organisations Eni works with in the countries where it operates. Previously, I worked in sales, marketing and human resources organisation, effectively combining my favourite areas from my time studying Business Administration.
