Paola Mainetti
Hello! My name is Paola Mainetti, I am a jurist and have worked at Eni since 1995, where for many years I have been working in legislative analysis with an increasingly specialist focus on environment, health and safety. Environmental issues have been a passion of mine for many years, as I am aware of the increasing challenges that have affected, and will continue to affect industrial sectors in future, with a view to decarbonisation and circular economy. Currently, in the Public Affairs Department, I am head of legislative analyses and institutional positioning in environmental and circular economy issues. I love working in a team, sharing knowledge and experience gained, and this is why I was very enthusiastic to participate in the training programme organised by Joule, the Eni business school, in order to integrate my skills and become an Eni Expert on these relevant topics.
