“A mind is like a parachute. It doesn’t work if it is not open” (Albert Einstein). I work in the Procurement unit of Eni with a specific focus on innovation and digital technologies. I support various company departments in reaping innovation and digitalisation opportunities on the market, through scouting, calls for innovation and experimentation contracts, bringing them into Eni. I am part of a work team that is transversal to Procurement, which has brought innovation into the department by creating Open-es, an open digital platform for the sustainable development of the supply chains.
