Within the marketing unit of Enilive I am responsible for the design and evolution of digital touchpoints (apps and websites). I have been involved in the design, launch and management of digital products and services for over 10 years in various industries (InsurTech, IoT, Smart Mobility and Telco) and I am convinced that the difference between a great product and a good attempt is in the user experience. The question I am most often asked is "what is UX?". I think the best answer comes from a phrase by the German painter Holfmann: "The ability to simplify means to eliminate the superfluous so that the necessary can speak."
