The women and men who work for Eni Rewind are a unique asset and play an active role in the major transformation taking place. They promote values like team spirit and respect for the environment and are committed to fostering an inclusive working environment, offering equal opportunities based on merit and without discrimination, and in which different characteristics and orientations are a source of cultural and human enrichment. Eni Rewind now employs about thousand people. 19% are based in San Donato Milanese (Milan) and the rest across Italy.
