From 7 to 10 November 2023, we return to Ecomondo, Europe's reference event for ecological transition and the circular economy, which takes place in Rimini. This year the focus is on soil and hydrosphere regeneration, complementing the objectives of the circular economy. Proceedings will open with the States General of the Green Economy, curated by the Foundation for Sustainable Development and promoted by the National Council for the Green Economy, in collaboration with the Ministry for the Environment and Energy Security, to chart the course of the ecological transition in Italy together with institutions and companies.
The calendar of conferences and seminars, drawn up by the Technical and Scientific Committee in collaboration with Ecomondo's stakeholders, is divided into eight sections, with a total of 70 events and over 200 hours. Themes on the agenda include the circular and regenerative bio-economy, site and soil protection and restoration, the water cycle and the blue economy, waste-to-energy, bio-energy and agro-ecology, environmental monitoring and, finally, matters related to financing for green businesses, training and communication.
