Seeing their project succeed in San Francisco is the dream of any startup, and one that can turn into reality thanks to the Call4INNOVIT acceleration programmes supporting Italian SMEs and startups. Joule hereby notifies that application submission for the third Call4INNOVIT is now open until 2nd July, divided up into two sections: SMEs Traction and Startup Acceleration in the Climate, Green Energy and Food Tech sectors.
At the end of the selection process, 15 SMEs and 15 startups will be picked to embark upon a journey in Silicon Valley and enjoy the experience of contamination and growth. It is a way to come into direct contact with the innovative ecosystem of the San Francisco Bay Area and to meet mentors, experts from tech companies, venture capitalists and lecturers from American universities.
The initiative involves an initial intensive on-line phase, for orientation and mentorship, followed by a second phase in San Francisco, of one week for innovative SMEs and two weeks long for startups.
Call4INNOVIT is a call promoted by INNOVIT Italian Innovation & Culture Hub, and this initiative is supported by the Italian government in the heart of Silicon Valley.
INNOVIT, the first Italian Innovation and Culture Hub in San Francisco, is promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ National Economic System Directorate-General, in partnership with the Italian Embassy in Washington and with the General Consulate in San Francisco, and managed with the support of ICE - Italian Trade and Investment Agency and the Italian Culture Institute in San Francisco.
Experiencing Silicon Valley, thanks to this programme, is invaluable for entrepreneurs and startuppers. It constitutes added wealth for the local entrepreneurial culture thanks to an initiative which in itself has enormous transformative and generative potential.
