With 9 years of experience matured in leading advisory companies and in multinational large corporates, he is focused on investment pipeline and activity, and portfolio development.
After an internship in Deloitte, Alessandro started his experience in EY Corporate Finance, where, between 2015 and 2017, he gained expertise and seniority in company valuation, financial/business planning and extraordinary operations, with a focus on industrials and energy.
Later on he moved to Saipem, where in four years he contributed to cross-border M&A and JV operations, strategic initiatives and investment valuations, and to competition benchmarking and monitoring.
Subsequently, for two years Alessandro was manager in Prometeia, in charge of M&A, strategic planning and valuation projects for clients in industrial, technology and financial sectors.
Alessandro graduated in Management at Bocconi University.
