With 10 years of experience matured in major consulting firms and large multinational companies, he deals with the pipeline and investment activities, and with portfolio development and management.
After an internship at Deloitte, Alessandro began his professional career at EY Corporate Finance, where, between 2015 and 2017, he gained skills and seniority in company valuation, financial and business planning, and extraordinary finance transactions, with a particular focus on industrial and energy sectors.
He then moved to Saipem, where in four years he contributed to cross-border M&A and joint venture transactions, strategic initiatives and investment valuations, as well as to activities of benchmarking and financial and strategic monitoring of competition.
Afterwards, Alessandro has worked for two years as a Manager at Prometeia, where he managed M&A transactions, strategic planning and company valuation projects for clients in the industrial, technology and financial sectors.
Alessandro graduated in Management, with a major in Corporate Finance, at Bocconi University.
