Born in Rome in 1970, she is the Head of Legal Affairs and Commercial Negotiations Governance & Cross Services Support (LAGOV) reporting to the Director of Legal Affairs.
Experience
Graduated in Law at "La Sapienza" University of Rome, she joined Eni in 2019.
Since 1994 she has been practicing law mainly in the area of corporate and commercial law and has been an associate for the law firms Simmons & Simmons, Gianni Origoni, Dewey Ballantine, Grimaldi and Dentons Europe. She advices in joint venture, merger, business sale and acquisition, company listing, bond issuance and other financial instruments, particularly in the processes of due diligence, negotiation and drafting of contracts or corporate documents.
In December 1997, she has been admitted as “Avvocato” in Italy and is a member of the Special Register of in house lawyers of Rome.
Since 2022, she has been a member of the board of directors of the Fondazione Baroni, which funds research projects and solidarity initiatives in favor of organizations, associations, and people affected by neurological and motor deficits and injuries.
