Eni and the Universities
Uses its own established relational network with the most prestigious universities, national and international, Eni Corporate University promotes and implements training programmes in the key areas of the company business, with the aim of filling the needs of Eni and its various Divisions and subsidiaries for specific professional skills.
This commitment manifests itself through series of collaborations which foster the integration of training courses with the skills and know-how of the oil and gas industry, i.e.:
- university masters courses
- providing study grants for specialised courses
- specialised degree courses
- ad hoc training projects for young graduates from non-European countries of strategic interest to the Group.
The programmes of study are characterised by a close link with Eni’s business activities, actuated through the sharing of content, the use of Group experts as instructors, and apprenticeships.
The aim of the collaboration projects is to design training initiatives that “produce value‘ over the long term, or more specifically, initiatives that anticipate future needs by training young professionals to be eventually capable of working in a complex world such as that of an oil company.
