Eni participates to the UN Global Compact LEAD Collective Action on Sustainable Energy for All, which was launched by Paolo Scaroni at the 2011 WEF Annual Meeting. Through this initiative, Eni aims to demonstrate its capacity to turn UN global goals into concrete actions and explore innovative ways to deliver modern energy services in developing countries.
Eni operates by defining long-term cooperation agreements with governments and National Oil Companies.
