Water Miscible Cutting Fluids

These products are used with machinery for grinding and for removing shavings, and for processes such as turning, milling, boring and moulding, where the need for cooling is greater than the need for lubrication.

These products,  when added to water, form an emulsion that can be either milky or transparent, depending on the amount of oil and additives the individual products contain.

This emulsion is an excellent cooling agent that helps to maintain a constant temperature and reduce to a minimum thermal expansion between the cutting tool and the work piece.
Thanks to the base oils and additives used in its production, it is a good lubricant that reduces friction and wear-and-tear on the cutting tools, and it also acts as an efficient detergent that keeps the work area clean and helps to disperse shavings.
