Europrene®, Intol®

General Pourpose Elastomers
Emulsion polymerized Styrene-Butadiene Elastomers.
A complete portfolio of Dry, Oil Extended and Carbon Black Masterbatches grades.
This family of products is mainly used in tyre and retreading, but also in a variety of applications such as footwear, flooring and adhesives.
Certain oil extended grades are particularly suitable to be used in high hysteresis compounds.
All grades are nitrosamine free and are available grades for food and pharmaceutical aplications.
Most oil extended grades are in compliance with 2005/69/EC Directive.

Tyres, footwear, general rubber goods.

Europrene® HS

General Pourpose Elastomers
Emulsion polymerized Styrene/Styrene-Butadiene Masterbatches (HSR).
Nitrosamine free Styrene-Butadiene Copolymer at high styrene content to be used in final articles obtained by extrusion, calendaring, injection moulding.

Applications
Footwear (high resistant shoe sole), rubber sheets, general rubber goods.

Europrene® SOL, SOL B, SOL R

General purpose Elastomers
Solution polymerized Styrene-butadiene elastomers (S-SBR).
Partial block Copolymers  with low and medium styrene content to be used in extrusion, calendaring and in high impact polystyrene and ABS applications.
Random Copolymers with medium styrene content for the tyre industry (carbon black and silica compounds for low rolling resistance).  The grades can also be used in extrusion and calendaring.
Available both dry and oil extended  grades, suitable to be used in the manufacturing of tyres compliant with the 2005/69/EC Directive..

Applications
Tyres, adhesive, bitumen and plastics modification, footwear, general rubber goods.

Intene®

Low Cis Polybutadiene (BR).
The grades were mainly designed to be used in the manufacturing of high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) and ABS.
They can be also advantageously utilized in rubber compounds for extrusion and moulded applications, and high hardness and resilient final articles.

Applications
Plastic modification, tyre, footwear (high abrasion resistance shoe sole) general rubber goods.

Europrene NEOCIS®

Very high Cis polybutadiene (BR).
The grades are suggested to be used in tyres and retreading, as far as in the manufacturing of final articles characterized by high abrasion resistance.

Applications
Tyres, retreading, golf ball, general rubber goods, footwear (high abrasion resistance shoe sole).

Europrene® SOL T

Styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS)
Styrene-isoprene-styrene (SIS)
Styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene (SEBS)
A complete portfolio of products with linear and radial structures for compound, adhesives and sealants (solvent based or hot-melt),  bitumen modification and plastics modification.
Available in dry and oil extended versions.
Available in different physical forms: granules, dense or porous pellets and powder .

Application Segments
Bitumen modification  for roofing membranes and road paving, technical and footwear compound, adhesives for tapes and labels, hot melt adhesives, polymer modification.

Dutral®

Specialty Elastomers
Ethylene-Propylene Elastomers (EP(D)M).
A complete portfolio of Ethylene-Propylene Elastomers: Copolymers (EPM) "Terpolymers" (EPDM) and masterbatches.
Dutral based compounds are used in applications where is required high ageing and high temperature resistance, low temperature flexibility, excellent dielectric properties and chemical resistance to polar chemical compounds.
Furthermore Dutral® grades are advantageously used as viscosity index improver (V.I.I.) in lubricant and to improve the impact resistance of rigid plastics such as polypropylene.

Applications
Automotive: door and window profiles both compact and expanded, radiator and air conditioning hoses, sound deadening panels.
Building: profiles and waterproofing membranes.
Wire and Cables: insulation, jacketing, filling compounds and accessories.
Appliances: washing machine gaskets, extruded and moulded seals, hoses and tubes, bellows.
General rubber goods: conveyor belts, printer rolls, rubber sheets.

Europrene® N

Acrylonitrile-butadiene elastomers (NBR).
A wide portfolio of grades characterized by high oil and fuel resistance to be used in technical rubber goods obtained via injection moulding, extrusion and calendaring.
The "Green" grades offer a unique combination of improved  processability, high cure rate and state and low mould fouling.

Applications
Gaskets and seals, tubes and hoses, conveyor belts, soles for safety shoes, rolls for printing and textile industries, impregnated textiles, friction elements, membranes, technical rubber articles.

Europrene® N OZO

NBR-PVC Blend.
To be used in  applications where are required high oil and ozone resistance. Available high acrylonitrile content grades for fuel resistant technical articles.

Applications
Expanded tubes for thermal insulation, gaskets and seals, tubes and hoses, conveyor belts, soles for safety shoes, rolls for printing and textile industries, membranes, technical rubber articles.

Europrene Latice®, Intex®

Synthetic latex         
Styrene-butadiene latex (SB latex)
SB latex with low solid content (LSL)
SB latex with high solid content (HSL) and low/medium/high stiffness
SB latex with high bound styrene content and extremely high stiffness.

Main applications:
Moulded foams (bedding), textile backsizing and impregnation, adhesives, cord dipping, bitumen modification.
Suitable for blending with Natural latex.

Carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex (XSBR latex).
XSBR latex with low/medium/high bound styrene content.

Main applications
Paper and board coating, paper saturation (masking tape), textile backsizing/impregnation (including synthetic turf backings) and adhesives.

Non-carboxylated acrylonitrile-butadiene latex (NBR latex).

Main applications
Manufacturing of solvent resistant articles, specifically designed for beater addition process.
