Umberto Vergine is the new COO of Eni Gas & Power Division
Following a deliberation of the Board of Directors, Umberto Vergine has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Eni Gas & PowerDivision, starting from 1 January 2012.

Domenico Dispenza will be assigned to other office.
