Judge of the Court of Auditors (Italian "Corte dei Conti")

The financial management accounts of Eni is subject to control by the Court of Auditors (Italian "Corte dei Conti") in order to protect public finances. This activity is implemented by the Judge of the Court of Auditors, Raffaele Squitieri (substitute, Amedeo Federici), on the basis of the resolution approved on 27-28 October 2009 by the Council of the Presidency of the Court of Auditors.The Judge of the Court assists in the meetings of the Board of Directors as well as of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Internal Control Committee.
