Annual Information Document of Eni S.p.A.

The Annual Information Document, available to download below, contains a list of the information which was published or made available to the public by Eni SpA between May 16, 2010 and May 15, 2011 in one or more member states of the EU or third party countries, in compliance with the obligations required by European and national legislative and regulatory provisions relative to the regulation of issuers of financial instruments listed on regulated markets.

The document specifies the nature of information already published and made available to the public, as well as the date of publication and where it is possible to acquire this information.

In order to facilitate searches and reading, the documents have been grouped into seven sections:
