How are they nominated?

By voting list, pursuant to Article 28 of the By-Laws.
Pursuant to Article 28 of the By-Laws, the shareholders meeting appoints the Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors among the effective Auditors drawn out from the candidate lists presented by the minority Shareholders.
