How is it possible to view reports on items on agenda and and related documents?

To view the documentation relative to the items on the agenda of Shareholders' Meeting you shall consult Eni's website, Borsa Italiana website (www.borsaitaliana.it) or you shall come to Eni's registered office. For this purpose, the Eni Corporate Secretary's Offices are open to the public for consultation and/or delivery of the above mentioned documentation at the registered  office in Rome from Monday to Friday during office hours.
