Shares may be subsequently withdrawn; in this case the shareholder may not attend the meeting

Please ask the financial intermediary copy of the notification that will be shown for the registration the day when the meeting takes place.

The notifications duly received from the Company with respect to the first call of the shareholders' meeting should be valid also for the second and third call.

The owners of ADRs listed on the New York Stock Exchange and representing two ordinary shares of Eni S.p.A., must contact JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., the issuer of the above-mentioned ADRs (address of customer service: PO Box 3500, South Hackensack, NJ 07606 - 3500).

If the Chairman agrees, non-voting observers (financial analysts, journalists and guests) may also attend the meeting. Written requests for registration should be sent by fax or e-mail at least two days before the day of the first call of the shareholders' meeting.
