The statute foresees a board of directors comprising a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 9 members. A Shareholders' Meeting has established the number at 9.
The nomination of a director without voting rights is reserved for the minister of the economy and finance, to be agreed with the minister for economic development.
There are currently 9 directors in office all of whom were nominated from a voting list as indicated by Art. 17 of the company statute. The power to nominate a director without voting rights was not, in fact, exercised.
