Which are the board meetings at which the company’s economic and financial results are examined?

Each year board meetings are planned for the approval of the company’s economic and financial results as follows:

• preliminary results,
• the consolidated annual report;
• the intermediate report to 31 March;
• the half-yearly report;
• the intermediate report to 30 September.

The dates of such meetings for the approval of the company’s economic and financial results are communicated to the Borsa Italiana and the market by 30 January of each year. The calendar is also published on the Eni web site (www.eni.it).
