I want to change the type of motor oil I use. My mechanic suggests I try Agip Sint 2000 Evolution, a completely synthetic oil. What is it?

The synthetic base makes it possible to formulate lubricants of exceptional quality and high levels of viscosity. The use of totally synthetic lubricants improve performance in terms of fuel consumption, emissions and engine performance.
