Yes, Eni makes use a consolidated network of relations with the most prestigious universities in Italy and around the world to promote and conduct, through Eni Corporate University, training projects for key areas of the company's business, with a view to meeting the specific professional needs of Eni and its subsidiaries. This commitment is realised through collaborations that encourage the integration of training paths with the know-how and competences of the oil & gas industry (see our projects).

With regard to post-graduate training, through the Scuola Mattei, Eni has for more than 50 years been running the Master Medea programme in the management and economics of energy and the environment, for young Italian and foreign graduates in engineering disciplines and economics.
