Polimeri Europa Hellas A.E. (Anonymous Etaria) is a Greek private company limited by shares, whose sole shareholder is the Italian company Polimeri Europa S.p.A.
The principal object of the Company extracted from the Company's Articles of Association is to carry on business as an agent for any kind of chemical, petrochemical and plastic product.
The shareholders exercise their rights primarily through the annual General Meeting of the Shareholders which appoints the Auditors for the auditing of the Company's financial statements. The Shareholders have the power to appoint and/or dismiss Directors.
The business of the Company is managed by a Board of Directors; the minimum number of Directors is three and maximum five. The Board of Directors elects among its members a Chairman, a Vice President and a Managing Director charged with the day-to-day management of the Company. The Board of Directors meets at least once every calendar month.
PE Hellas has defined a practice regulation standard concerning its own organizational structure, relations with third parties, with the Shareholders and relatives in compliance with the Corporate Governance standards according to all the directions, regulations and procedures existing in the Group.
