Eni International Resources  Limited was established in London to build on existing managerial and technical capabilities and to fulfil Eni's demand for internationally mobile talent for the Company's current and future core business needs.

The mission for Eni International Resources is to recruit and develop high calibre international resources in order to establish and consolidate core transferable skills across the Company.

International staff are assigned globally to Eni's divisions and subsidiaries in all operations in oil and gas, electricity generation, petrochemicals, oilfield services, construction and engineering industries, thus contributing to the Company's capacity to respond effectively to the demand for international expertise and competence, principally in management and business areas such as:
