Eni's annual review provides a global overview of the historical trends in the oil and natural gas markets.
This panoramic look at world energy is in constant and rapid evolution and includes up to date data and historical information that is both reliable and comprehensive, and is indispensable for the study and understanding of the structural changes that will characterise the international energy system in the future.
And it is precisely with this in mind that Eni has been producing for years the Oil and Gas Review.

The oil and gas industry and markets are illustrated with figures on production, reserves, consumption, imports and exports, on a country-by-country basis, by geographic area and by economic zone. A complete picture is also given of international trade in natural gas, both through gas pipelines and as LNG.
World Oil and Gas Review also features an examination of world crude quality. The listings and the elaboration of the data in the publication classify around 90% of the global crude offer. The significance of this analysis rests on the fact that specifications regarding the environmental qualities of petroleum products are constantly increasing and becoming increasingly stringent, sometimes even leading to imbalances between the offer of crude oil and the characteristics of the petroleum products demanded by the market.
Word Oil and Gas Review aims to be easy to use and to provide answers to the many queries that emerge from an observation of the oil and gas markets: any suggestions for improvements for subsequent editions are gratefully received.

The application compares of data regarding oil, natural gas and oil and gas aggregated together via generation of appropriately proportioned solid spheres which can be viewed superimposed one on top of the other (default setting) or distributed on a horizontal line (option using the command "Separate Items"). Production, consumption, reserves and pro capita consumption of 5 players for a given number of years can be compared. Only pro capita consumption of oil and gas are not comparable with other items.
The application presents and compares data regarding export and import of natural gas in Europe.
The query result shows the export data (expressed in billion cubic metres) of the exporting country compared, by default, with total imports of the importing country. Numeric data is represented graphically by three-dimensional solid spheres.
